The shape of the Powell lens resembles a cylindrical prism with a rounded roof, but this lens functions as a so-called laser line generator, used to extend a laser beam into a straight shape with uniform intensity. ◆ Product Specifications Overview ◆ - Dimensions: Please refer to the drawings of each lens for detailed dimensions. - Beam line uniformity: Maximum variation of 30% in the central part of the generated beam line length (over 80% of the total). - Beam line intensity: 80% ±5% in the central part of the generated beam line length (over 80% of the total). - Fan angle: ±3%, please refer to the drawings for detailed tolerances. - Bore sight: <4mrad - Line straightness: <0.1% deviation in the central part of the generated beam line length (over 80% of the total). - Substrate material: N-BK7 or S-TIH6, compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC. - Coating: None.
